Smart Mini delivers to locations throughout the United States and select international destinations. Our goal is to get your Smart Mini products to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping (Free)

  • Continental United States (including Alaska): FREE
  • Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories: $10.00
  • Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days
  • Free shipping applies to all orders with no minimum purchase required

Expedited Shipping

  • Continental United States (including Alaska): $15.00
  • Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories: $25.00
  • Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days
  • Expedited shipping orders placed before 2:00 PM PT Monday-Friday will ship the same day (excluding holidays)

International Shipping

International Shipping Rates

  • Standard International Shipping: $10.00 base fee + any applicable customs duties and taxes
  • Expedited International Shipping: $25.00 base fee + any applicable customs duties and taxes
  • Estimated delivery time:
    • Standard: 7-14 business days
    • Expedited: 3-5 business days

International Orders

  • The recipient is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees that may be imposed by the destination country
  • Smart Mini is not responsible for delays due to customs processing
  • Please note that international warranties may vary by country

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT Monday-Friday will process the same day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT will process the next business day
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will process on the next business day
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Tracking Your Order

You can track your order in two ways:

  1. Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  2. Log into your account on our website and view your order history

Address Requirements

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
  • We cannot be responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information
  • Military (APO/FPO) addresses are accepted for standard shipping only

Delivery Issues

  • If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors and at your building office (if applicable)
  • If you still cannot locate your package within 24 hours of the delivery confirmation, please contact us
  • For packages damaged during shipping, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Package Insurance

  • All shipments include basic insurance covering the full value of your purchase
  • For additional protection, expedited shipping options include enhanced tracking and insurance
